Price Guarantee – Elizabeth Noel recognizes competition.  We guarantee that we match the Manufacturer Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). This price is set for all retailers on new regular stocked items. If you see something at a lower price, please let us know.

Special Order Any Style – Elizabeth Noel has the ability to special order any style you desire. Want something in a smaller size, or a different color instead? If you want it, and it's available, we can get it! We are in contact with all the designers every day, updating their stock and checking on availability for customers.

No Special Order Fee – Elizabeth Noel does not charge a surcharge or handling fee for special orders.

Prom Registry – At Elizabeth Noel we understand the importance of Prom. Elizabeth Noel registers all dresses sold to anyone graduating, and we will try to dissuade any duplicate purchases of a dress to the same function.

Returns Accepted – All in stock purchases are exchangeable through our store and online. Special Orders and Sale Items are Final Sale!

What Other Websites DON’T TELL YOU! – When a dress is shipped from United States to Canada not only do you have to pay a substantial shipping fee, but a duty of 18% will be collected (by UPS or Canada Post) when the item is delivered at your door.
