WHEN SHOULD I START LOOKING FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION DRESS?

| At Elizabeth Noel we carry over 2000 dresses in store for you to choose from. You can purchase immediately off the rack, however, if you need another size or colour of a dress it can take as little as a few days to order a dress in, or as long as 24 weeks for a designer to produce and ship a dress. Our recommendation is that you give yourself as much time as possible to find the perfect dress. As well, the earlier you choose a dress the earlier we can register your dress. |

WHY DO YOU REGISTER DRESSES?
|
| We register every dress for Prom, Graduation, and Galas. We do this to try and ensure that you are the only person wearing your dream dress at your function. We will inform any other potiential buyer of your dress at your funcion that the dress is already going, and will recommend strongly that another dress be chosen. We do not reveal your name ,only that your dress is already going. Although we can not legally prevent a purchase, we have found that less than 1% of people will purchase a dress that will be a duplicate at their function. |

HOW DO I SPECIAL ORDER A DRESS?

| After you make a decision about which dress you wish to purchase, our staff will help you on site, over the phone or by email to order your dress. |

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE I WILL NEED?
|
| One of our dress consultants will work with you to match you with the designer's size grade. Most designers have their own size grades and we work closely and personally with the designers to get you your best and closest fit. |

WHAT SIZES DO YOU CARRY?
|
| Designers vary in what sizes they offer. We have access to any size each designer offers. At Elizabeth Noel we carry over 35 brands and between them our sizes range from 000-28 on site, and we can access up to a size 40 by special order. |

WILL I NEED ALTERATIONS?
|
| Because designers have standard size grades, we find that most special occasion dresses will need some sort of minor alteration, for example hemming, shortening straps, etc. |

CAN I GET MY DRESS ALTERED AT ELIZABETH NOEL?
|
| At Elizabeth Noel we want to give you expert advice, and the best prices we can. We do not build the price of alterations into the price of our dresses in order to ensure that those that do not need an alteration are not paying for one. We also feel that an expert should alter your dress. At the time of your purchase we will discuss any alterations you may need and send you to a local expert, as well as, provide you with a coupon to help offset alteration costs. |

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

| We honour several different payment options: Cash, Direct Debit, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. |

IS LAYAWAY AN OPTION?
|
| Absolutely! We offer a layaway plan which involves an initial deposit of 20%, and then monthly payments thereafter. |

WHAT ARE THE PRICE RANGES OF THE DRESSES?
|
| We try to cater to all budgets. Short basic dresses start at approximately $50. Designer short dresses can start at $200 and go up. Long basic gowns start at approximately $120.00, and long designer gowns start at $300.00 and go up. |

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT?
|
| No, you do not need an appointment. You are welcome anytime, however, during prom and grad season there can be as much as a 2 hour wait for change rooms so we do offer free private appointments. |

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A PRIVATE APPOINTMENT?
|
| It's FREE! Just call to make an appointment. It is one on one personal service with a dress specialist. Appointments can be booked for after store hours. They are available Monday-Wednesday after 6pm or Sundays before opening. |

DO YOU CATER TO BRIDES AND BRIDAL PARTIES?
|
| We offer non- traditional bridesmaid and bridal gowns as well as, destination wedding gowns, and mother of dresses. For bridal parties we strive to give the utmost comprehensive personal service possible to create an experience everyone will enjoy. We thoroughly recommend private appointments during prom season for this special purchase. |

WHY SHOULD I SHOP IN PERSON FOR A SPECIAL OCCASION DRESS AND NOT ONLINE?

| Unlike casual clothing, the fit of a special occasion dress can be very difficult to assess by simply looking at a photo and size chart. Our staff will search for ,and offer you, numerous styles and choices to try on. Once you have picked your gown, your consultant will go over the dress with you and determine whether alterations or any other modifications are necessary. If you need to special order your dress we will make sure all your measurements are correct and we will work personally with the designer's representatives to order you your best option. Ordering online often does not account for shipping, duty, currency exchange, and other costs that will be charged upon purchasing. We offer the lowest price regulated by the designer. |
